Refreshing cold drinks with Alfredo Espresso
30 ml Aperol
30 ml Alfredo Espresso
70 ml orangeade
First pour the Aperol into a 200 ml glass and fill with crushed ice. Then add the orangeade. Chill the espresso in a small pitcher with two ice cubes and pour into the glass when cold.

30 ml Blue Curacao syrup
90 ml milk
First pour Blue Curacao syrup into a 200 ml glass, then fill half-way with ice cubes and add the milk. Chill an espresso in a small pitcher with two ice cubes and pour into the glass.
4 cl cream liqueur
Place cream liqueur, cookie and then the espresso and 4 ice cubes into a blender. Blend briefly and serve in a latte macchiato glass.

Mint leaf (optional)
Pour cream liqueur into a latte macchiato glass and add elderberry syrup. Then prepare a latte macchiato in the same glass with Alfredo Espresso, hot milk and milk foam. Garnish with mint leaf.
